Job Descriptions:

Food Preparation Assistance

Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and assembling ingredients for various dishes.
Contribute to the mise en place for different dishes, following standardized recipes and guidelines.

Station Support

Collaborate with higher-level chefs to ensure the efficient operation of specific kitchen stations.
Work closely with assigned sections to support the smooth functioning of the kitchen.

Culinary Tasks

Execute basic cooking techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs, including boiling, steaming, grilling, sautéing, and frying.
Assist in the assembly of dishes, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.

Team Collaboration

Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Provide support and assistance as needed to colleagues and higher-level chefs.

Learning and Development

Actively engage in training sessions to enhance culinary knowledge and skills.
Seek opportunities to learn and develop fundamental culinary skills from experienced chefs.

Cleanliness and Organization

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
Contribute to the overall hygiene and efficiency of the kitchen environment.

Quality Assurance

Pay attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation to ensure the freshness, quality, and consistency of ingredients and dishes.

Job Requirements:

Education Level

Culinary Arts diploma or equivalent qualification.

Working Experience

Basic education in culinary techniques and practices.
Entry-level position; some basic experience or internships in a professional kitchen are beneficial but not mandatory.

Fundamental knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
