Job Descriptions:

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and communicate these effectively to internal teams.

 

Account Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to present additional products or services to clients.

 

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Proactively address client concerns and provide timely solutions.

 

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to meet client needs.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on products, services, and industry trends.

 

Contract Negotiation and Renewal:

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Manage contract renewals and extensions, ensuring terms are favorable to both parties.

 

Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide support in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations.

 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze account data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, performance, and growth opportunities.  

     

Job Requirements:

 

Educational Level:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proactive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Certificates & Qualifications:

  • Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in account management, sales, or customer relationship management are a plus.

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Professional and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 

Additional Considerations:

  • Familiarity with Accounting software.
  • Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to travel if required by the position.
  • Able to train up a successor.
