Our Founder
Since 2018, my team and I have been dedicated to building Well Done Group into the most influential F&B platform in East Malaysia. We started with a modest eatery, and through hard work and continuous learning, we have now grown into a multi-brand dining group with six unique brands and 17 outlets across East Malaysia.
We deeply understand that behind every delicious meal lies the hard work of many, and each enjoyable dining experience is a precious memory to everyone.
From management mechanisms, optimizing production processes, we have consistently innovated to provide our customers with better products and a more enjoyable dining experience. Our vision is not only to establish a successful business but also to create a century-old happy enterprise. We believe that the taste of happiness not only comes from delicious food but also stems from our care for employees and our responsibility to society. Founder, Well Done Group
In the early days of starting our business, we had a simple goal: to find a path forward in this remote kampung. But reality was tough. We faced numerous challenges, such as staff shortages, supervisors resigning, a lack of systems, and limitations of traditional methods that often left us feeling stuck.
We began taking courses to learn effective recruitment, design promotion paths and pay structures, introduce systems, and set standard operating procedures. With support from headquarters, our business was able to grow and improve rapidly. As ordinary people with a strong belief in changing our fate, we hoped to create a future with our own hands.
Through the food industry, we aim not only to provide customers with a joyful dining experience but also to bring happiness through our food. Our mission is to pursue both material and spiritual well-being for all our team members and to contribute to the transformation and advancement of the food industry by preserving and promoting food culture.

In 2020, I founded Chefway. By chance, in 2023, I was drawn to the unique culture at Well Done and joined the team, where I later established de.chef dining. I was then appointed to lead group marketing, taking on the mission of bringing Well Done’s amazing food to even more people. Sharing the joy and experience of great food has become my responsibility, and I’m committed to making sure everyone gets a taste of what Well Done has to offer.
