Job Descriptions:
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and answering customer inquiries.
Order Fulfillment
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to customer tables.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure customers have everything they need.
Cash Handling
- Operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems to process customer payments.
- Provide change and receipts to customers, handling cash transactions securely.
Menu Knowledge
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings.
- Inform customers about daily specials, promotions, and discounts.
Upselling
- Encourage upselling by recommending additional items or special dishes.
- Promote dessert, beverage, or other add-on sales to enhance the overall customer experience.
Cleaning and Maintenance

Job Requirements:
Education Level
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Additional coursework or certifications in hospitality, customer service, or a related field may be beneficial.
Working Experience
- Previous experience as a waiter or cashier, or in a similar customer service role, is desirable but not always mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service.
Skills and Abilities
- Focus on providing exceptional customer service to create a positive dining experience.
- Ability to engage with customers, take orders, and address inquiries.
- Proficiency in taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Experience in handling cash transactions and using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Accuracy in processing payments, giving change, and issuing receipts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.Ability to communicate clearly with customers, kitchen staff, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management.

- Ability to multitask efficiently during busy dining hours.
- Juggle responsibilities related to serving tables and handling cash transactions.
Certificates and Qualifications
