Job Descriptions:
Financial Transactions
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
- Ensure accuracy in coding and classification of financial entries.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
General Ledger Management
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Financial Reporting
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial reports.
- Assist in analyzing financial data and providing insights.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information for planning.
Internal Controls
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal control procedures.
- Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance.
Vendor and Client Communication
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.
- Resolve inquiries and discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Financial Analysis
- Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare variance analysis reports.
Job Requirements:
Educational Level
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Working Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Previous experience in an accounting executive or similar role is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Certificates & Qualifications
- Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is a plus.
